Went to Pallisades in SD yesterday, nice creek has carved its way through the prairie leaving awesome canyons . Very nice indeed
afterwards we went to Terry Rodman’s personal windmill collection on the side of the road. Awesome!!!
then it was a short skip to Pipestone National monument, where all the indian tribes came to quarry the soft pipestone to carve into…. Yes, you got it, their ceremonial pipes!
later I took a five mile bike ride around our campsite, the Blue Mounds
Today, 5 more hours and on to the Badlands (insert stereotypical western whistle here)
